Dayspire (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides tools that help users build daily habits, track progress, and achieve personal goals with support from either human coaches or an AI Advisor.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Dayspire.
- If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
- By using the Services, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Use of Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Use the Services to post unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.
5. Coaching and AI Advisor
- If you work with a human coach, they may assign tasks or review your progress within Dayspire. Your coach is an independent professional and responsible for their own advice and services.
- If you use the AI Advisor, responses are generated using third-party AI providers. These outputs are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered medical, legal, or professional advice.
- You are solely responsible for how you act on guidance from either a human coach or the AI Advisor.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
- Dayspire offers a free trial followed by a paid subscription plan.
- By starting a paid subscription, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, and software associated with the Services are owned by Dayspire or our licensors.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Services except as expressly permitted.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Engage in misuse or abuse of the Services.
- Fail to pay subscription fees.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Disclaimers
- The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
- We make no guarantees that using Dayspire will achieve specific results.
- Dayspire is not a medical device or healthcare provider. Always consult qualified professionals before making decisions that affect your health or safety.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
